The Science faculty offers a variety of learning opportunities through direct teaching, digital formats, and inquiry and discovery-based approaches. Classes offer students:
- supportive and productive relationships through investigating science as a team
- weekly experimental based lessons
- exposure to science through models, displays, plants and other specimens
- learning through information and communication technology (ICT) and data collection methods
- group and individual investigation tasks
- challenges and extension activities promoting the process of high-order thinking

Tutorials
Tutorials are available in each term from Week 2 for:
- Year 7 to 9 students: Tuesdays from 8:15am to 8:45am in room D211 and D212
- Year 10 to 12 students: Thursdays from 8:15am to 8:45am in room E1.01 and E1.02
