Parents will need to set up the device with their own iTunes account to be able to access school texts and resources. This also allows you to set restrictions and parental controls.
Know your data limits for home Wi-Fi or mobile networks. If a monthly data limit is only 2GB, this may be used up quickly during large downloads.
