Booking interview times
Term 2 2024 Parent Teacher Interviews will be held online on the dates below, commencing at 4:00pm and concluding at 7:00pm.
- Wednesday 1 May
- Thursday 9 May
The booking system opened at 9:00am on Friday 29 March and will close at 5:00pm on Friday 26 April.
No bookings can be made after the system has closed.
All parent teacher interviews will be conducted online using Microsoft Teams. You will need to ensure that you have this App installed on your device prior to the Interview times.
We use an online booking system called Parent Teacher Online (PTO) to book interview times, so you can choose the most convenient timeslots.
Interviews are 5 minutes long and you will only see available timeslots.
When you have made your bookings, you can view these directly in the PTO App on your mobile device, or by logging into the PTO portal through the web browser.
Note for parents/guardians of Year 7 and 8 students:
To increase parent/guardian access to core teachers, we make one time slot available for each of the core subjects – English/Humanities and Maths/Science. When you are selecting the subjects for interviews, only English and Mathematics will appear. Humanities and Science will not appear but feedback on these subjects will be combined in the interview for English and Maths.
PTO booking system
Please refer to the Instructions for PTO Booking System (PDF, 529KB) document for instructions on how to book through the PTO booking system.
You will need your student's EQID to make the booking. This is available via QParent, or can be found at the top of the Term 1 Interim Report that was emailed at the end of Term 1.
During the booking process, please make sure you follow the step to change the EQID to your student name. This makes it easier for the teacher to determine who the student is when preparing for the interviews.

Bookings can be made using the PTO Mobile App
Download, install and open the App. You will be prompted to search for our school by entering the school code.

Teachers unavailable for bookings
The following teachers are unavailable for interviews on the allocated days. They will appear as unavailable when you attempt to book. Please email your student's teacher/s if you would like to organise alternative times.

Starting the PTO interview in Microsoft Teams
Once you have completed the booking process, a screen will appear via the App or website listing the subject, teacher, date and time of the meeting.
To access the meeting, click on the 'Click here to Join Meeting' in blue in the App. This will automatically open the link in Microsoft Teams.
You will be added to the waiting room and the teacher will let you into the online meeting.
