Parent-Teacher Interviews will be held on Wednesday 30 April in a face-to-face format. On this day, all students will not be required to attend school to allow teachers and families to engage in meaningful discussions about student progress.
Booking
Bookings for interviews close on Monday 28 April at 9:00 AM and must be made via the Conferences section of the Compass App.
To assist in managing your time effectively, teachers will indicate one of the following interview statuses for each student:
- Required - An interview is strongly recommended.
- Not Necessary - No concerns at this time, but you may still book if desired.
- Welcome - You are welcome to book if you wish to dicuss your child's progress.
Interviews will be held in I Block, and specific room locations will be updated in the Compass App on Monday 28 April.
Please be punctual to your appointment, schedules are tight and catch ups will not be possible.
For Year 7 and 8 students, please make 1 appointment for core subjects, Maths/Science or English/Humanities will be covered in the same 7-minute time slot.
As we continue our partnership with Compass we will look to deliver a hybrid model for the second round of Parent Teacher Interviews later in the year.
Availability
The following teachers will not be available for booking. If you require feedback on your students’ progress, please reach out via e-mail and allow up to 2 weeks for a response to help teachers effectively manage the many requests for progress information.
Parking
It is important to note that parking is not available on the school premises. Car parking around both campuses is also limited. If you wish to park, the best options would be the Convention Centre or South Bank public carparks (fees apply). Please allow time to find a car park so you arrive promptly at your interview.
We encourage all parents to take this opportunity to connect with teachers and gain valuable insights into their child's learning.
