Named as a Shadow for the Queensland Under 18
Hockey team, Sophie Edwards (Year 12) had the opportunity to play at the
Australian Under 18 Championships in Launceston as part of the Northern
Territory team. For the first time in 25 years, Northern Territory qualified
for finals and achieved the bronze medal. Sophie enjoyed a great tournament,
scoring three goals from penalty corners.
