Brisbane State High School has a strong commitment to students from the local area.
To be eligible for in-catchment enrolment, parents or legal guardians who seek to enrol their child at the school will need to fully demonstrate that the student's principal place of residence is genuinely within the defined catchment area.
Current proof of residency at the address indicated must be provided upon enrolment, as outlined in the Enrolment Management Plan.

For all Local Catchment Area enrolment applications, the school requires the provision of sufficient documentary evidence to demonstrate that students seeking to enrol genuinely reside within the defined catchment. 3. Submitting your applicationLocal Catchment Area enrolment applications must include evidence of the relevant supporting documentation for local catchment area.

Online submission: Applications are required to be submitted online via the Local Catchment Area Online Application Form.
4. Pre-enrolment interviewPre-enrolment interviews are required for all Local Catchment Area enrolments.
Interviews will be available 9:00am and 1:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding school holidays and public holidays) will be conducted face-to-face.
