Nominations for Creative Generation – State Schools Onstage (CGEN) 2021 and Excellence Awards in Instrumental Music (MOST) are now open!
All audition footage, applications, media and project consent forms are to be submitted to Showbie. Students can view application information and access the Showbie code via StudentNet.
The school is not able to accept applications and audition materials by other means. Students are responsible for ensuring footage is of a suitable file size to upload to Showbie, and is submitted by the below deadlines. Please note that participation in categories requiring school based supervision will be subject to confirmation of cluster supervision facilitated by CGEN.
Please note that the following dates are slightly earlier than those published in the guidelines below. This is to ensure that school has time to review the nominations and upload the information to CGEN by their published deadlines.
Friday 30 November 2020 — nominations and all documentation uploaded to Showbie for all CGEN categories except MOST and CGEN instrumental. Audition footage/support material is also required on this date.
Friday 29 January 2021 — nominations and all documentation uploaded to Showbie for students entering Year 7 or students at a new school in 2021, except MOST and CGEN instrumental categories. Audition footage/support material is also required on this date.
Tuesday 16 February 2021 (please note that this is an amended due date) — nominations and all documentation uploaded to Showbie for MOST and all CGEN instrumental categories. Audition footage is also required on this date.
