The GPS Basketball season is from Saturday 18 July until Saturday 12 September 2020.
The QGSSSA Basketball season is from Friday 13 March until Friday 29 May 2020.
Parents/guardians are required to complete the online registration and consent for their child via the school website.
Please complete the online web form including each sport that your child may undertake for the year. The web form generates a school consent form which is to be completed, signed and placed in the tray on the counter in the Extra Curricular Office in room D101.
GPS and QGSSSA Basketball are using a smartphone app as the main means of communication between coaching staff, players and parents/guardians. Team App keeps member contact details private and no members can communicate with each other through the app.

Players must pay an annual levy for buses to meets, equipment, uniforms, coach shirts, administration costs, State Championship nomination fees, referee fees, referee courses, score bench, sports medicine for non-GPS games, coach gifts and trophies. All prior levies and subject fees are required to be finalised before commencing the 2020 season.
Venues are subject to change.First listed venue is host venue for First V, Second V, Third V, Year 11, Year 10 and Year 9 teams. Second listed venue is host venue for Year 8 and Year 7.

Students are to arrange their own transport to all Brisbane games. Return charter buses will be organised for all Southport, Ipswich and Toowoomba games.

Non-return charter buses are provided to all away games. Return buses will be provided for games at Southport and Ipswich.
Boys and Girls Basketball is run entirely by volunteers. To help with set up, afternoon teas for First V, refereeing, score table, coaching or managing, please contact the Master in Charge.
An end of season presentation dinner is held for both boys and girls Basketball. Details regarding confirmed venue and ticket availability will be advised once the season begins. Tickets are sold at the B Block Finance Counter and must be purchased by the closing date to enable catering numbers to be finalised. Once ticket sales are closed, no further tickets will be available for purchase.
