  • Friday 9 June - Registration closes
  • Wednesday 19 July - Team Nominations close
  • Saturday 26 August - Regional Event
  • Friday 13 to Sunday 15 October - State Finals

In Term 2, those who have registered are organised into teams and each team decides on their own practice schedule. Fortnightly meetings are held either before school or during lunchtime to touch base and assess the progress of the challenge. These are also based on the availability of the group.

It is quite unacceptable for a student to nominate, but then miss the team’s practice session/s. This is a group effort and students are expected to understand their responsibility to their team/group if they wish to participate.

Contact the Master in Charge if you would like to participate in Opti-MINDS.
