Catchment area

Brisbane State High School has a strong commitment to students from the local area.

To be eligible, the student must live in the defined local catchment area and this must be the principal place of residence. In determining that the principal place of residence is genuine, we will use a range of evidence including a minimum qualifying period of 3 months, a long term commitment to the local area and the purpose for living in the catchment.
