The Science faculty offers a variety of learning opportunities through direct teaching, digital formats, and inquiry and discovery-based approaches. Classes offer students:

  • supportive and productive relationships through investigating science as a team
  • weekly experimental based lessons
  • exposure to science through models, displays, plants and other specimens
  • learning through information and communication technology (ICT) and data collection methods
  • group and individual investigation tasks
  • challenges and extension activities promoting the process of high-order thinking.

Tutorials are available in each term from week 2 for:

  • Year 7 to 12 students: Thursdays from 8.15am to 8.45am in room D​212 and D213. ​
