QGSSSA Swimming Championships

 19/03/2020

On Wednesday 4 March, our QGSSSA swimmers competed in the 2020 QGSSSA Swimming Championships. Our students worked hard and achieved fourth place overall, only 20 points behind third place!

Our swimmers were pleased with their progression from 2019, when State High achieved fifth place. This year, Darcy Gurrieri-Hyland (Year 7) achieved a new record in the 12 Years 50m Freestyle Division C.

We congratulate all of our students on their effort and commitment to the team throughout the season which led to their fantastic collective result.

Below is a breakdown of State High's results from the QGSSSA Swimming Championships.
