FIRST LEGO League National Success

 25/11/2019

On Saturday 16 November, two State High teams competed in the FIRST LEGO League Regional Competition. FIRST LEGO League introduces a scientific and real-world challenge for teams to focus and research on. Congratulations to Team Cerise which won the Research Award and Team Navy which won the Teamwork Award. Thank you to Year 11 students Felix Hall and Milind Bordia for mentoring both teams and supporting them on the day.

Team Cerise progressed to the  National Competition which was held at Grace Lutheran College on Saturday 23 November. Our students performed exceptionally; the team won the Inspiration Award and has been invited to represent Australia in Thessaloniki, Greece in May 2020!

Team Cerise was one of five teams chosen to represent Australia at different international events out of 44 teams. Congratulations to all of our students.
